I don’t have anything good to report for this week. By last Sunday, I had lost another 2lbs, making a total of 10lbs lost. I was so happy and kinda proud of myself. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon and ate some pretty unhealthy things this week, so I gained the 2lbs back. I wasn’t that bothered, but now I sit and think about it, I’m getting a little irritated with myself. I don’t feel like I’m doing my best and I know I have a little struggle ahead of me because I’m going to be taking a break from running or anything high impact because I’m having some issues with my foot. Not to worry though, I’ll still exercise. I’ll just have to really watch what I eat won’t I?
In good news, I joined a gym. It’s close to the barn where my horse lives and it has childcare. I did my first session the other day. It was quite good. They have fitness classes included in the membership, swimming and all sorts. Kinda cool.
So yes. I have to take it easy on the foot, so today I’m going to do my Kettlebell workout.
